We accept most health insurance plans. Medicare & secondary insurances, Secure Horizons, United Healthcare, Tricare. Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana/Choicecare, Kaiser, Medical Network, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Cofinity are just a few of the plans we accept.
Please check with our receptionist if you have questions regarding our acceptance of your insurance. Please remember that we are happy to file insurance but we will expect all co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services to be paid at the time of your appointment.
